Items that are personalized are non-refundable nor can they be exchanged. Please choose sizes and colors carefully before adding a name, number, etc. to your apparel. Unfortunately, we are not able to re-stock an item that is personalized. To exchange a non-personalized item that has been unworn and still contains tags, you can simply stop by our retail store or mail it back to us with a copy of the receipt at:15455 West Dixie Hwy. Miami, FL 33162 with a note explaining the size/item you'd like to exchange within 30 days from your purchase date. All apparel is carefully inspected through our quality check process. However, if an item is damaged please mail it back to us with a note explaining the issue OR stop by our store and we will be happy to work with you.
